HEALTHY LIFESTYLE AND HEALTHY LIFE PATTERN


A  healthy lifestyle is a very appropriate choice for a simple run. Living with diet, thoughts, habits and healthy environment. Healthy in a fundamental sense of the word are all things that we do provide good results for the body.

According to Definition Healthy Lifestyle Expert: According to Kotler, a healthy lifestyle is an overview of the activity / activities supported by the interest, desire and how to live in the mind interacts with the surroundings. Surely the good things.

From the definition above can be interpreted that a healthy lifestyle is is a very appropriate choice for our survival, whereas a healthy lifestyle is the way to go to get physically healthy physically and

spiritually. So a healthy lifestyle is a process to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

There are several steps that must be undertaken to achieve a healthy lifestyle, including the consumption of food, exercise, rest, air quality, and a strong personal.

 
1. Consumption of Food
Consumption of foods that meet the health standards which are foods that should be able to meet the body's needs. However speckle much attention on food, even foods that are harmful to health is in high demand, such as foods that contain preservatives, fast food / instant food.

 
People of old age tend to be longer than in the present age, this is because they consume fresh foods, and without chemicals. This is an important example of how chemicals are very damaging to our health.








2.Excercise
Sport is an activity that is easy to do but many ignore it, but the sport is a source of health for the entire body. Regular exercise provides many benefits for health, as will be more active, virgin high pressure, strengthen bones, increase HDL (good cholesterol), prevents diabetes, lowers the risk of cancer, reduce stress and depression, and also will provide fitness.
 

 













3. Enough Rest
